Invoice Finance

-
Invoice financing is a way for businesses to borrow money against the amounts due from their customers in advance by way of raised invoice.
-
Typically advance between 70 -90% of Invoice Value on day one
-
A facility that’s grows with you.

An example of how this works....
-
A haulage business has completed a lot of work but is awaiting payment for unpaid invoices.
-
The business is short of working capital and uses these invoices to raise capital
-
Invoice outstanding are £100,000 of which the invoice finance company release £85,000 (85%) back to the business straight away.
-
Your customer then pays the invoice you have outstanding to the funder, which will then trigger the remaining monies released back minus any fee's from the invoice finance lender.
